The EASIEST {3 Ingredient} Crock-Pot Chicken for Tacos!
3 Ingredients. Literally the EASIEST recipe ever (if you can even call it that)
Now this is the part where I'm supposed to tell you a long story about how my family loves this and a funny story about something happening one time I made and usually I AM long winded but... let's cut to the chase!
(2) Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts (I didn't thaw them, they came right from the freezer)
(1) Package of Cream Cheese
(1) Jar of Salsa (I recommend something chunky!)
Drop all 3 in the crock pot on low for 8 hours then shred. Seriously that's it!
Serve it on warmed tortillas with a little beans and cheese, use it in a taco salad (the BEST kind of salad!) or on your nachos.
Oh and here's another little tip!
