Refund policy
We do not issue refunds on any personalized items. If there is an error or damage we are happy to replace the item.
Items damaged during shipping will need to have an insurance claim placed on the package and a replacement can be made.
Other non-personalized items are subject to a refund/return review and when approved are subject to a 10% restocking fee less shipping.
Items must be returned in the same condition they are received within 7 business days of receipt. Return shipping is at buyer's expense.
